Lesson plan

-          Good morning, miss.

The student say present when their name is called

The student responds to the teacher’s question:
1.      Student: Yes
2.      Student 1: My vacation to Lombok
Student 2:My graduation in elementary school

3.      Student 1: 3 years ago miss
Student 2: Lat year

4.                                           Student 1: Because that was my first   vacation out of Java
       Student 2: Because I get the first rank at that time

3.The teacher
   I’m very glad you have told me what is your unforgettable event, but I want your unforgettable memory become memorable.

  The teacher answers
  It is very easy. You only need to write your unforgettable event so you will never forget it.

Main activities
The teacher divided class into 8 groups
   Class, before I explain how you are going to write your unforgettable memory I want you to make 8 groups and each group consists of 5 students. If your number in attendance list is 1-5 you are group one. Number 6-10 you are group two. And so on.

The teacher give a short explanation about recount text
   Have you ever heard about recount text

  
   Ok, now pay attention please. Recount text is a text that telling the reader about one story, action or activity. Its goal is to entertaining or informing the reader. You can use it to tell about activity, event, etc.

The teacher show the example of recount text using projector
This is an example from recount text. As we have studied before that every text has its generic structure.
Now, please analyze the generic structure from recount text.
After a minutes
   Who knows please raise your hand and answer

   Yes, that’s right
  So what is the other generic structure in recount   text?
  Very good.

The teacher gives every group a carton
  With that carton, I want every group to make recount texts. You can discuss whose unforgettable memory will be written. I give you all 15 minutes to make it and after that please collect to me
While she is waiting for the students finish their assignment, she checks for each groups as far as the students do.
After 15 minutes ………

Oke. Collect please
So on….
The teacher checks the texts one by one and gives correction. After giving correction and explains their mistake the teacher asks every group to hang their recount text on the wall.
  
Final activities
The teacher says that the time is up and in the next meeting they will study about recount text again.
Now every recount text has hung on the wall,   please write the title of your favorite text in a piece of paper and collect to me in the next meeting.

Main activities
The teacher asks everyone in the class to collect their paper on teacher’s table to know whose recount text is the favorite one.
Class now please collect your paper which is contain your choice

After counting, the teacher announces whose recount text is the favorite one
Well done, the favorite one is the recount text from sixth group.
Congratulation.

Teacher asks them to make their own text (recount) in 15 minutes and after that they must explain their text in front of their group so that their group can give suggestion.
Now please make individual recount text in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes all of you must explain and show your recount text to all member of your group. So, all members of group must give suggestion.
Have you understood?
Good. Now please begin your work

While she is waiting for the students finish their assignment, she checks for each students as far as the students do.

After 15 minutes the teacher gives sign means the time to make recount text is up and ask them to begin their explanation in front of their group’s member
Well students, now your time to write your text is up. Please begin to explain your recount text to your group’s member

While the students are explaining their recount text to their group member the teacher oversee them

After 15 minutes and everyone have explained their recount text the teacher stop the discussion
Now the time for giving suggestion and ask suggestion to your friends is up.


Final activities
The teacher says that the time is up and asks them to make revision based on the suggestion they have got from their friends.
   Have you got suggestions for your recount text?

Please do revision to your recount text based on suggestions you got from your friends and submit it to my desk two days again

After having correction from their teacher every group hang their recount text on the wall
